Documentation requirements vary from one mortgage product to another. However the most commonly required documents are mentioned below:

• Last 2 pay stubs.
• Last 2 years W2’s from your employer(s).
• Last 2 months bank statements.
• Most recent transaction summary of IRA, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposits or any other form of investment.
• Copy of your purchase or sale agreement.
• If divorced, a copy of fully executed divorce decree.

• Last 2 years signed copies of your corporate entity’s tax returns with all the schedules, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Last 2 years signed copies f your personal tax returns with all the schedules.
• Last 2 months bank statements.
• Most recent transaction summary of IRA, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposits or any other form of investment.
• Copy of your purchase or sale agreement.
• If divorced, a copy of fully executed divorce decree.

• Last 2 years Award and Pension letters if retired.
• Last 2 years tax returns if self employed in lieu of pay stubs and W2's.
• Last 2 months of bank/financial statements (all pages)
